What I Build

I don’t just advise on AI. I build with it.

Some of my most interesting work happens after the strategy conversation.

I design and build AI-powered digital intelligence solutions that take real information, real rules, real workflows, and real human needs and turn them into usable experiences.

These are not simple prompt wrappers or generic chatbots. The work can involve multiple layers of intelligence, automation, data, user context, interfaces, integrations, and governance working together behind a simple experience.

Capabilities demonstrated

Make something complicated feel remarkably easy for the person using it.

01

Context-Aware Digital Intelligence

Systems that use more than a question to understand what someone needs.

Experiences that combine approved knowledge with context such as location, time, user intent, prior conversation, changing conditions, and organizational rules to provide a more relevant response or next action.

02

Conversational Systems

Natural-language experiences that let people ask for what they need without understanding the system behind it.

Conversational knowledge access, service guidance, operational questions, personalized responses, multilingual interaction, or conversation-driven actions.

03

Governed Knowledge

AI is only useful when the information behind it can be trusted.

Solutions designed around structured, approved sources of truth, defined rules, permissions, human controls, and clear boundaries around what the system should and should not do.

04

Workflow & Action Automation

The conversation does not always need to end with an answer.

Multi-step workflows that interpret a request, use structured information, make decisions within defined rules, trigger actions, update information, route work, and bring a human back in when needed.

05

Multilingual Intelligence

Language does not have to become another system for the user to manage.

Automatic language recognition, conversation across languages, translation within workflows, and maintaining meaning as information moves between people who may not share a primary language.

06

Conversational Control

Some systems can also be managed through natural conversation.

Instead of logging into another dashboard, approved people can update information, provide temporary instructions, request summaries, control workflows, or make changes through familiar conversation.

07

Physical + Digital Context

Digital intelligence can also understand that a person is standing somewhere.

Systems that combine physical environments, locations, routes, services, operational knowledge, accessibility information, and natural-language questions so the experience responds to where the interaction begins.

08

Analytics & Insight

A useful system should also help the organization learn.

Approaches that capture interaction patterns, questions, needs, usage, and outcomes so leaders can see what people are looking for, where friction exists, and what may need to change.

09

Human Control by Design

AI that increases human capability, not systems that remove people simply because they can.

Governance, override controls, escalation paths, verification, and clear moments where judgment still belongs to a person.

From strategy to something real.

I can sit with leadership and work through direction, risk, priorities, and strategy. I can work with teams to define requirements, processes, ownership, training, and implementation. And when the work calls for it, I can get hands-on and build.
